You may be aware that the Taylor Swift Eras Tour has cut a swath through the USA unrivaled in excitement since maybe the Beatles. But what you may not know is that Swift’s tour is being credited with revitalizing both the tourism industry and the general economy in every city she visited.
Swift not only filled America’s biggest stadiums, but she also drew tens of thousands of additional fans a night who gathered outside of each venue just to be near the action. Fans of all ages, most of them women, travelled far and wide to attend her concerts, many spending thousands of dollars for tickets, merchandise, food, transportation, and even special outfits for the occasion. The U.S. leg of the tour alone directly generated 1.6 billion dollars in revenue and indirectly injected billions more into local economies.
And Swift has by all accounts been generous with that revenue, donating millions of dollars to local charities in every city and rewarding everyone who worked on the tour—from dancers to stagehands to caterers and even truck drivers—with bonuses of $100,000 or more. And if that wasn’t enough, Swift has been advocating for women’s legislation for years, in direct alignment with Women2Women’s positions on issues like reauthorization for the Violence Against Women Act.
Which all goes to say that it’s Taylor Swift’s world right now, and we’re okay with that.

I'll stand behind and support any women using her voice to better our communities and country honestly. I'm tired of the deception, greed, lies, denial, gaslighting etc from all others ie politicians, media, businesses, wealthy etc. Thanks Taylor for your vulnerability and honesty.
I admire what she does but not a fan of her music
Taylor Swift is a self-made economy unto herself and a role model for women everywhere.
Go Taylor!
I am 82 years old and a dedicated Swiftie. Her energy and her powerful messaging is changing the lives of girls and women young and old. I love Taylor!
